My experience at the hotel was mostly positive, with wonderful activities for families and a friendly atmosphere. The glamping experience had its quirks, including a need for better maintenance of the tents and dining options that left something to be desired. However, the beautiful views and accommodating staff made the stay enjoyable overall.

The Mongolian tent we stayed in was interesting but basic, and I noticed some ants inside that were a bit bothersome. Based on my experience, I'd rate the rooms a 7 out of 10 since they could use more upkeep.

The staff was genuinely friendly and very accommodating to our group's needs, which added to the positive experience. I would rate the service a solid 9 out of 10.

Although it was somewhat remote and there weren't many food options outside of the hotel restaurant, the stunning view of Mount Salak made the location worth it. I give the location an 8 out of 10.

I had my first experience with glamping here, and it had its ups and downs. The view of the mountain was stunning, especially when the morning mist rolled in. However, the location was quite far from the nearest food options, making it a bit tricky to find meals. The tent facilities were simple and could use some maintenance, especially considering one of our tents had ants. Overall, it was a unique experience, but I don't think I'd return.

The Mongolian camp tents were a bit dark and simple, which may not suit everyone's taste. They were equipped with AC, but I found it crowded for six adults.
Service
7.0
While the service was friendly and accommodating, they did forget to notify me when my room was ready, which was a bit frustrating.
Location

The location is at the foothill of Gunung Salak and about an hour from Bogor, which made it feel isolated. There weren’t many dining options nearby aside from the hotel’s restaurant.
Dining

The dining options were pretty basic; the food was just okay and only filled our stomachs. Definitely nothing to get excited about.
Facilities

The outdoor facilities are nice, but we couldn’t enjoy them much due to the rain during our stay. It's a unique concept but needs better maintenance.

I recently tried glamping for the first time, and while there were some perks, it wasn't without its issues. The location offers a stunning view of the mountain, and the idea of being in a Mongolian camp was intriguing. However, the facilities were quite basic, and the presence of ants in our tent was quite bothersome. The dining options were limited and didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, it was a unique experience, but I might not choose to stay again.

I had mixed feelings about my stay in the glamping tent. While I loved waking up to the stunning view of Mt. Salak, the accommodations left much to be desired. The room was a bit old and had a lingering musty smell, not what I expected for the price. Service was a bit disorganized, though the activities offered for kids were a nice touch. Location is fairly remote, making it tough to find other dining options. Overall, I enjoyed the natural beauty, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

I had a memorable glamping experience, surrounded by beautiful views and a close-knit atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making my school trip enjoyable. However, some areas of the tents need renovations, and the dining options left a bit to be desired. Overall, the unique setting made it worth it, despite some minor drawbacks.

We stayed in a Mongolian camp tent which was quite simple. It was comfortable but did have some insects, which was a bit off-putting.
Service
8.0
The service was commendable, with staff readily available to assist with any needs. However, some communication could improve, as I experienced a small hiccup with room readiness.
Location

The location is quite a distance from the Bogor toll exit, which made getting to restaurants or shops a challenge. However, being near the waterfalls was a real highlight.
Dining
5.0
The food options were quite basic; they filled our stomachs but didn't impress. It could definitely use an upgrade in variety and quality.
Facilities

The facilities offered, like a shuttle bus for activities and bonfires were great for family bonding. However, I wish the outdoor activities were more feasible during our rainy stay.
